Tree Pruning for Beginners (and those who still aren’t sure they’re doing it right)
All trees – from Live Oaks to Crape Myrtles – need regular pruning. Pruning helps improve the aesthetics, health and vigor of a tree, IF it’s done correctly. But proper pruning is as much an art as it is a science. Knowing where and how to make cuts can make the difference between a beautiful, vibrant tree and an eyesore.
At this hands-on FREE gardening clinic, the Shades of Green staff will show you what to do and how to do it. We’ll lead you step by step through the process as you help prune one of our mature trees. Join us and allow our experts to show you all you need to know.
